We are pleased to announce the summer refurbishment of Performers College, Essex has successfully completed, on schedule and on budget.
DDI Projects was appointed as Principal Contractor on behalf of BIMM Ltd to deliver the latest addition to their performance college portfolio.
The programme was delivered during COVID-19, with all of the associated complications and restrictions, however we did not let that stand in the way of maintaining the momentum on the project.
The works included a major reconfiguration of the college layout, relocating the existing reception, common rooms and locker rooms to create a new modern reception, common room 2 new dance studios and refurbished locker and wet areas.
This was a fast track delivery and thanks to our years of experience in Lean Contracting and collaborative approach with partners, we were able to meet and successfully deliver the scheme to our client's satisfaction.
