RETIREMENT OF MARK WOOLLEY
DDI Projects announces today the retirement of Mark Woolley from the Executive Board of DDI with immediate effect.
It is with great sadness and gratitude that we announce Mark Woolley's retirement as Director of DDI Projects. Mark has played a critical role in the development, growth and success of the organisation, and while we will miss his leadership, we wish him the very best in his retirement.
We would like to thank Mark for his years of dedicated service and commitment, which have helped develop the essential elements that underpin our business. During his tenure, the company has significantly grown revenues and profitability, and created a substainable enterprise that is well-positioned for the future.
Mark said of his retirement: "Having served nearly three decades in executive leadership, I feel this is the right time for a change. It has been my honour and privilege to serve this great company. I am proud of the people at DDI Projects and the business we are building."
Mark's retirement coincides with Selina Bolton's appointment to the Executive Board (see separate announcement). David Ward, Commercial Director, said of the appointment: "This announcement is the successful culmination of a multi year succession plan to select the best leader for the company. Selina has worked closely with the Board over the past 12 months, and we look forward to what she will bring to the company going forward."
Again, we cannot thank Mark enough for his unwavering commitment, passion, enthusiasm and motivation he has showed DDI Projects. He will be greatly missed by the staff, Board and clients alike.
